Our Multitread range of Carborundum Stair Tread Insert Strips and Discs are used to define and help provide slip resistance to the edge of stair treads in exterior and interior wet environments.

Manufactured by us in the UK our range of Heavy Duty Carborundum insert strips are suitable for many applications from retail stores, car parks and offices to schools, railway platforms and more.

Each one is manufactured using a unique blend of heavy-duty aggregate and resin. The textured surface that this produces significantly increases contact underfoot and underneath wheels, offering a reliable anti-slip solution that works.

Designed to be rebated into the substrate they can be integrated into a range of different subfloors including concrete, stone, marble, terrazzo, ceramic and timber.

Our standard carborundum strips are available in a range of widths 10mm to 55mm, and a variety of colours including black, white, yellow, grey and brown. These can be manufactured to bespoke lengths to suit your needs or we hold some stock lengths in Black for fast dispatch.

For larger jobs we can also produce new carborundum insert strip sizes to meet the specific demands of your project, subject to MOQ.
