Eliminate the need for aluminium nosings with these multitread Composite Anti-Slip Strip Edge Profile Inserts. Designed to suit a range of different environments, these inserts are installed into a preformed rebate on the steps edge and create an anti-slip surface as well as clearly defining your step edge. Suitable for use in high traffic areas both internally or externally.

Available in your required dimensions, these anti-slip insert strips sit cleanly on the step edge. They are available in a selection of colours allowing options to provide a high visual contrast of your steps edge to the surrounding floor surface, thus helping you to create a safe step that is compliant to the requirement’s of Building Regulations and British Standards.

They are manufactured from a durable composite rubber that can easily withstand heavy traffic, and have a grit-free surface which is not only easy to clean, but will not shed any grit reducing the risk of damage to your wooden or stone floors. Alongside these features, these strips remove the need for an aluminium nosing profile, and sit unobtrusively within each step offering an aesthetically pleasing solution and remove any trip hazards

Suitable for installation in  a range of different subfloors including concrete, stone, marble, terrazzo, ceramic and timber. They are also ideal for use both internally and externally and in environments where harsh weather conditions are commonplace.

Our multitread Composite Anti-Slip Strip Edge Profile Inserts are available in both 6mm and 8mm thicknesses as well as widths between 12mm and 60mm online and up to 295mm on request. All strips are provided cut to your required lengths. We also offer a number of different colours such as black, white, yellow, grey and brown.
